Always the same quality no matter when you order. Great food. My favorite Italian, especially in this situation, it would be nice if this restaurant was supported by loyal customers in times of crisis, because I've always enjoyed ordering here and always satisfied.

I wanted to go out to eat with my girlfriend, forgot my mask and pulled my t-shirt up over my nose to get to the table. When we were at the table and sat down (where you no longer need to wear a mask) the waiter noticed that I was using the t-shirt as a mask and threw us both out of the restaurant. Unfortunately you cannot distribute minus stars. He only carried a plastic disk himself, that's the biggest joke. This shop is sure to close soon due to wealth.

We are there regularly for dinner. We are always served very courteously and the food is always very good, no matter if pizza, pasta or other dishes.

Very good food and great value for money

Like to sit outside on the terrace. Have always been served by the owner - very nice person. Even under time pressure on my part I was quickly made a pizza on the fist - thanks! For me the most important thing: I'm not a friend when Kas has to serve only Morzarella. This is not the case here, which of course is very accommodating to my taste. Service could be a bit faster, but we will certainly be back.

We have been to Il Ritrovo very often and the quality is consistently great! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. What I think is very nice is that the boss goes through the restaurant every now and then, greets the guests and asks if everything is okay. We weren't there for the last time!

Telephone order incorrectly accepted, despite multiple requests and confirmation of the order. When picking then just forgot the wrong pizza and pasta. On demand what you should do now was just rude said order again takes 20 minutes and we should next time say the numbers. No responsiveness to the customer despite their own mistake. With some goodwill and a nice apology it would not be an issue but so unprofessional.
